RMA Rework Technician contract

Express Employment Professionals, Laguna Hills, is recruiting for a Soldering Rework Technician.

Service Line:
Evaluation to Hire, Full-time

Pay: $24.00–$26.00/Hr. DOE

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Perform surface mount (SMD) and through-hole soldering
• Rework and repair electronic assemblies and circuit boards
• Remove and replace electronic components using heat guns and soldering equipment
• Test and inspect electronic components to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot electronic assemblies
• Assist with shipping, packing, and light assembly as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow quality standards and work instructions

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with SMD and through-hole soldering
• Experience performing soldering rework and repairs
• Ability to use measuring and diagnostic tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
