This individual will be responsible for leading manufacturing personnel, driving operational performance, supporting new product launches, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees during second shift operations.
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production schedules and operational goals are achieved.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor team performance, training progression, and quality metrics.
• Support onboarding and development of new employees within manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and output.
• Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to maintain inventory levels and support production demands.
• Track and improve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, productivity, throughput, efficiency, attendance, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery.
• Participate in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities.
• Support manufacturing transfer and process implementation initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment through adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aerospace, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance.
• Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvement.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
