This individual will be responsible for leading manufacturing personnel, driving operational performance, supporting new product launches, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

This individual will be responsible for leading manufacturing personnel, driving operational performance, supporting new product launches, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing teams, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop production employees during second shift operations.
- Oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring production schedules and operational goals are achieved.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor team performance, training progression, and quality metrics.
- Support onboarding and development of new employees within manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and output.
- Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to maintain inventory levels and support production demands.
- Track and improve key performance indicators related to safety, quality, productivity, throughput, efficiency, attendance, scrap reduction, and on-time delivery.
- Participate in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities.
- Support manufacturing transfer and process implementation initiatives.
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment through adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, aerospace, or similar.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational performance.
- Experience working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
- Hands-on approach to problem solving and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Exposure to cleanroom manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
