Manufacturing Associate (Level
2) — Santa Rosa, CA
Marquee staffing is hiring Manufacturing Associates (Level
2). To work in Santa Rosa CA. You will sit at a work bench and help assemble medical catheter parts in a clean, controlled room. Pay $21/hr – $25/hr (depends on experience). Schedule 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM. Overtime may be needed, sometimes on Saturdays.
- Put small wires together by piercing, hooking, looping, and crimping
- Use hand tools like pliers
- Check your work under a microscope
- Sometimes use pneumatic (air-powered) machines
- Follow written and spoken instructions
- Work from a Manufacturing Instruction (MI)
- Follow quality rules and do careful, clean work
- Use measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, rulers, and temperature gauges
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of medical device manufacturing experience
