At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Medical Device Assembly to work with a leading company in the medical device sector in Irvine. This role involves assembling medical device components according to detailed instructions, utilizing microscopes, hand tools, and specialized equipment within a controlled manufacturing environment.

• Monday - Friday, 5:00am to 1:30pm
• Must be flexible to work overtime

• 19.00 USD hourly

• Are you available and willing to work overtime?
• Do you have experience working in assembly?
• Are you comfortable completing an assessment using a microscope?

• High level of precision and accuracy when handling small components
• Ability to manipulate tools and parts with dexterity
• Basic understanding of mechanical principles and assembly techniques
• Commitment to maintaining high quality standards and identifying defects
• Ability to carefully follow detailed work instructions and procedures
• Familiarity with basic computer systems for data entry and quality documentation

• Assemble individual parts and subassemblies by following established procedures and blueprints.
• Perform thorough inspections on components and finished products to identify defects.
• Follow detailed work orders to accurately build devices according to specifications.
• Complete necessary documentation including assembly logs and quality control reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within a controlled cleanroom environment.
