Your Role:

We're hiring a Production Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift pharmaceutical manufacturing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience in GMP-regulated, sterile or aseptic environments who thrives in fast-paced production settings. 2nd Shift

Hours:

2 PM - 10:30 PM

Your Profile:

What You'll DoLead and supervise 2nd shift production operations

Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, ISO, and safety standards

Execute production schedules and drive efficiency

Review batch records, SOPs, and production documentation

Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement

Coach, train, and develop manufacturing staff

What You Bring
57+ years of pharma manufacturing or packaging experience

Experience in sterile/aseptic processing required

Proven team leadership skills

Strong knowledge of GMP operations and documentation

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field preferred
