$18/hr (Growth-oriented, conversion within 4-6 months at a higher rate)

Position

Description:

The Production Associate is responsible for completing cable, wired and/or wireless, and other product assemblies for customer orders or inventory within an assigned production cell. The work includes assembly, cable crimping, and handling small parts. Prior production or assembly experience is preferred. This is an hourly position based on a 40-hour workweek.

• Assemble products according to written and verbal instructions, supplied blueprints, and internal assembly procedures.
• Accurately track daily tasks in the labor-tracking system.
• Use various testing and measurement equipment, including network analyzers, calipers, multimeters, pin gauges, and micrometers, to ensure products meet performance requirements.
• Complete production orders within established labor standards.
• Immediately notify the appropriate supervisor or support team when problems arise.
• Follow all quality processes and procedures to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Recommend opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, or manufacturing processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
