Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 5:45am - 2:15pm, OT as needed by the business
What You Will Do
Assemble, install, test, inspect, and rework electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
Follow work instructions, test procedures, and quality documentation to accurately complete production tasks.
Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time requirements.
Monitor inventory needs and communicate material shortages for your work area.
Use computers and manufacturing systems to access documentation and complete required transactions.
Participate in achieving team performance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate production, quality, and compliance records.
Perform 6S activities and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Support continuous improvement, safety initiatives, preventative maintenance programs, and operational excellence efforts.
Package products and prepare shipments according to customer, domestic, and international specifications.
Take ownership of work preparation, equipment setup, cleanup, and quality of finished products.
Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and move throughout the workday.
Ability to work with small parts and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Strong attention to detail and visual acuity for inspecting products and identifying quality issues.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, testing equipment, measuring devices, and other manufacturing equipment.
Ability to wear required PPE and comply with all safety requirements.
Ability to hear and respond to safety alarms, announcements, and instructions.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
10 months of manufacturing experience
$23.30 Hourly plus bonus eligible + benefits
