Sr. Production Technician

B. Braun seeks a Sr. Production Technician to support sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. In this role, you'll operate and monitor production equipment, follow GMP and safety standards, and maintain accurate documentation. You'll perform in-process inspections, assist with troubleshooting and changeovers, and support continuous improvement efforts. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment for sterile pharmaceutical products
• Follow GMP, safety, and quality procedures to meet regulatory standards
• Perform in-process inspections, documentation, and batch record updates
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems
• Support line changeovers, setups, and basic preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues
• Assist in training junior technicians on procedures and best practices
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and yield
