Eaton's IS AER FMC division in Irvine, CA is hiring a CNC Machining Team Lead for 1st shift. The role includes leading CNC machinists, improving processes, and ensuring quality and safety. Core hours are 5:30 am–2:00 pm with potential overtime. Must read machining prints and have 5+ years CNC setup experience.
The position requires the ability to work with manufacturing schedules, train staff, and uphold OSHA and other safety standards. Located near Irvine, CA with relocation considerations.
