Precision Wire Harness Assembler

Step onto our production floor in Irvine and help build the cables and electronic assemblies that power real-world solutions. We’re growing fast and looking for dependable, detail-focused teammates who take pride in precise work.

You’ll set up at your bench, review the latest work instructions, and move through builds with accuracy—from measuring and cutting wire to final inspection—keeping quality at the center of everything you do.

• Assemble cable and electronic products to exact specifications
• Measure, cut, strip, and prepare wires for assembly
• Perform crimping and assembly operations with precision
• Read and follow work instructions and production documentation

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
• Soldering experience
• Skill with basic hand tools
• Ability to read a ruler and take accurate measurements
• Strong hand–eye coordination and attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Experience with wire preparation, crimping, cable assembly, or soldering is a plus
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Previous assembly experience is helpful, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
