B. Braun Medical Inc., a leader in infusion therapy and pharmaceutical manufacturing, is seeking a Production Lead to support daily manufacturing operations within our aseptic production environment. This role provides front-line leadership and technical support to production associates while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. The Production Lead is responsible for coordinating production activities, driving operational efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).

The ideal candidate will possess experience in aseptic manufacturing processes, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively lead teams in a fast-paced production environment. This position works closely with Production Supervisors, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to achieve production goals while maintaining the highest standards of product quality and patient safety.

• Lead and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Provide training, coaching, and day-to-day support to manufacturing associates. Support aseptic manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and quality requirements. Monitor production performance, analyze data, and drive process improvements. Troubleshoot production issues and partner with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. Assist with scheduling, staffing, investigations, deviation reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  Support onboarding and development of production personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.
