We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing to join our team and lead a talented group of campaign staff and channel specialists. In this role, you will excel in devising innovative marketing strategies and overseeing their execution to deliver outstanding results. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in developing and executing highly targeted, cross-channel strategies to ensure sustainable and predictable pipeline growth.

This position is full-time (40 hours a week). It may require limited weekend and evening hours for special projects.
The work location is in Irvine, CA. (Onsite)
Your ImpactAs the Senior Manager of Marketing, you’ll lead the company in supporting new business opportunity growth. Reporting to the CEO, you are a self-starter who is fascinated with the future of technology, creativity and customer experience. A deep emphasis will be placed on B2B Lead Generation, branding, and strengthening relationships with internal and external customers to secure referrals and ensure that Beyond International keeps a substantial lead over competitors in its offerings.
This includes crafting innovative solutions for clients in topics where other companies have yet to undertake. You are data driven and have a strong interest in evolving technologies and trends.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leading B2B Lead Generation efforts
- Strengthening the Beyond brand to gain more organic leads, clients, and referrals
- Ensuring Beyond maintains a competitive edge through innovative client solutions
- Applying a data-driven methodology and staying abreast of evolving technologies and trends
- Establishing Account Based Marketing and Database Marketing strategies
- Translating business goals into campaign requirements, including strategic positioning, segmentation and targeting logic, channel strategy and performance metrics
- Managing the day-to-day execution of campaigns with direct responsibility for hitting pipeline targets and performance KPIs
- Developing team members, providing regular coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance individual and team performance.

- You have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business communications, or related field.
- You have at least 5 years of marketing work experience at a director level or above.
- You are the expert in marketing, communications, and branding strategies.
- You are proficient in working with CRM systems.
- You have good experience working on enterprise projects.
- You have vast knowledge of branding and website management.
- You are up to date with emerging trends in technology.
- You are experienced in internet values and how people communicate and conduct online business.
- You are hands-on and very knowledgeable in optimizing paid channels including Linked In and Facebook ads, content syndication, SEM, programmatic, native and display ads, and all other digital marketing techniques.
