Title: Programmatic – Experienced Media Trader

Department: Advanced TV & Programmatic | Trade Desk

Reports to: Vice President of Advanced TV & Programmatic Media

FLSA: Non-Exempt

USIM - U.S. Interactive Media is hiring an Experienced Programmatic Media Trader for Irvine, CA / Park City, Utah. This position will be critical in delivering programmatic strategy and delivery, mentoring team members and evaluating new and emerging media and technology.

Summary

USIM is looking for an Experienced Programmatic Media Trader to support programmatic strategy and delivery, mentor team members, and evaluate new and emerging media and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Execute programmatic campaigns from the RFP through campaign set-up, maintenance, optimizations and final reporting.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients and their campaigns.
  • Mentor traders and campaign managers on procedures and guidelines for campaign execution and maintenance across the organization.
  • Mentor traders and campaign managers in campaign structure and goals.
  • Extract and deliver insightful findings for optimization and client reporting to drive campaign success.
  • Build and evolve relationships with media vendors and technology partners as a point of contact.
  • Collaborate with media agency planning teams to incorporate all programmatic media plans and insights into holistic media deliverables (plans, reports, etc.).
  • Maintain strong analytic skills to help run and implement new reporting processes.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of programmatic campaign management experience
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, business, analytics preferred
  • Programmatic media experience
  • Demonstrated experience in creative problem-solving techniques and strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs and DMPs functionality and purpose in the digital programmatic field
  • Experience with The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon and other DSPs
  • Programmatic experience across Connected TV, Display and Mobile, audio, and OOH; additional knowledge of advanced TV a plus
  • Advanced Excel skills with comfort using pivot tables
