The Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) is the national trade association representing manufacturers and distributors of motorcycles, scooters, motorcycle/ATV/ROV parts and accessories, and members of allied trades such as insurance, finance and investment firms, media companies and consultants.

The MIC’s membership team is looking for a Senior Marketing Coordinator to join the team. The Senior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating marketing projects from concept through production, distribution, and analysis — ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with brand standards.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support attendance‑building initiatives, digital engagement, communications, sponsorship deliverables, and event‑related marketing materials. This position plays a key role in managing timelines, maintaining marketing systems, and delivering a consistent brand experience across all channels.

Essential Job Functions for both Market Expansion & AIMExpo Marketing & Campaign Coordination
  • Coordinate integrated marketing initiatives from conception through execution, distribution, and reporting.
  • Support campaign development in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies, including providing feedback on creative assets and messaging.
  • Manage marketing timelines, calendars, and task prioritization.
  • Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and visual identity across marketing materials.
Digital Platforms & Website Management
  • Manage and maintain RWU and AIMExpo websites using a CMS platform.
  • Coordinate regular updates including blogs, news releases, OEM event listings, exhibitor announcements, and show information.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience; identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Compile and present website analytics and engagement reports.
Email Marketing & CRM Management
  • Manage the email marketing platform and CRM database, including list maintenance, segmentation, and compliance.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns for RWU and AIMExpo including newsletters, event updates, registration campaigns, exhibitor communications, and sponsored emails.
  • Track performance metrics, test campaigns, and report results.
  • Ensure compliance with CAN‑SPAM and email marketing regulations.
Digital Media, Advertising & PR
  • Coordinate digital media efforts with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support media buying initiatives by managing creative assets and meeting technical specifications.
  • Assist in public relations and media outreach efforts.
  • Manage barter and promotional media agreements when applicable.
Creative & Content Production
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and production teams to ensure assets meet brand standards and deadlines.
  • Support video and photo production efforts.
  • Develop marketing collateral and event‑related materials for RWU and AIMExpo.
Event & Sponsorship Support (AIMExpo)
  • Oversee production and distribution of exhibitor marketing tools.
  • Coordinate sponsorship and exhibitor deliverables.
  • Assist with education and presentation logistics.
  • Support post‑show reporting and performance analysis.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Develop tracking methods to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage surveys and feedback tools.
  • Compile and deliver reports including web analytics, attendee data, and campaign performance summaries.
Travel & On‑Site Support
  • Travel to RWU and AIMExpo events, industry meetings, and partner locations as needed.
  • Provide on‑site support during multi‑day events.
Requirements
  • 4–7+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or event marketing.
  • Experience coordinating integrated marketing campaigns from concept through reporting.
  • Hands‑on experience managing email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
