Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute regional trade shows, conferences, partner events, and field marketing activations from end-to-end
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, signage, giveaways, and post-event reporting
- Track and manage event budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
- Assist in developing regional marketing materials, co-branded assets, and promotional items
- Own lead capture and follow-up process to ensure seamless transition from event engagement to sales action
- Leverage internal tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms) to track results and optimize future programs
- Help execute centrally planned marketing initiatives in the field with the right “local flare”
- Evaluate ROI of meetings/events and maintain system records for reporting purposes
- Own regional marketing reporting to provide monthly highlights to the Field Marketing Manager
- Support the local Axis Experience Center (AEC) with coverage by ensuring the AEC is always event-ready, presentable, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards before and after customer engagements
- Act as a hospitality lead during AEC customer meetings and events—welcoming guests, managing sign-ins, and supporting smooth meeting flows
- Be prepared to handle last-minute requests and real-time problem-solving during events and meetings
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, hospitality, and/or event coordination
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation, social media, and CRM tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
