• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities for EMS software solutions
• Support Sales Regional and Territory Managers with sales tools, presentations, and campaign materials
• Help develop and maintain product guides, talking points, and digital content for the EMS software portfolio
• Provide day-to-day support to field teams and customers, ensuring high satisfaction
• Support training initiatives and assist with planning and execution of trade shows and industry events for EMS software

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
• 2+ years of experience in medical software marketing, medical device, or B2B marketing
• Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or marketing automation tools is a plus

• Experience in EMS, hospital resuscitation, or cardiology

• Willingness to travel up to 20%
