About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to own Field AI’s end to end marketing, brand, and narrative execution across customers, investors, and the broader ecosystem.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for translating real product capability, deployments, and data advantage into a clear, credible, and repeatable market presence. You will own how Field AI is positioned, how our story is told, and how that story converts into revenue, credibility, and category leadership.

This role sits at the intersection of go to market, product marketing, brand, PR, and investor narrative. You will work closely with leadership, product, sales, and external partners to ensure that everything we put into the market is accurate, provable, and amplified through the right channels at the right time.

What You Will Own Customer and Product Marketing
  • Own customer facing marketing that directly supports revenue, pipeline, and deployment velocity
  • Define and execute Field AI’s event and exhibition strategy tied explicitly to GTM objectives
  • Own product marketing materials for events and customer engagement including brochures, demos, and visual explainers
  • Own website positioning and product marketing content with a focus on clarity, proof, and conversion
  • Build post deployment customer enablement assets including operations manuals, onboarding flows, and training content
  • Develop QR based and video based customer education including You Tube and private content libraries
  • Own customer site videos that document deployments, use cases, and real world performance
Brand and Creative Direction
  • Storyboard and produce high quality case study and capability videos grounded in real deployments
  • Define how Field AI’s capabilities are shown visually and narratively to maximize credibility
  • Design distribution strategies across social, owned channels, and partner amplification
  • Monitor competitors and partners across social and public channels and ensure Field AI’s advantages are clearly and consistently highlighted
  • Ensure Field AI is talked about correctly and credibly even when we are not in the room
  • Own Field AI’s brand system including website, visual identity, logos, and core creative assets
  • Define and enforce brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all touchpoints
  • Ensure brand reflects Field AI’s technical maturity, deployment reality, and long term ambition
  • Partner with product and engineering to ensure creative work is grounded in what the system truly does
PR and External Communications
  • Own PR strategy and messaging while working with external agencies where appropriate
  • Ensure press coverage reflects real capabilities, deployments, and momentum
  • Prepare executives for media, public appearances, and external communications
  • Own news flow, announcements, and external narrative timing
