Job Title:
Digital Marketing & Analytics Coordinator
Pay Details:
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.
The Digital Marketing & Analytics Coordinator will focus on developing clear, concise, and actionable digital marketing campaigns through email marketing, search engine advertising, and website management. This is a full-time, exempt position located at Great Park Ice in Irvine.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate initiatives for e-marketing campaigns including various email newsletters, automated lead-nurturing campaigns, and customer account notifications
- Assist with data reporting from digital campaigns and developing trackable KPI's
- Assist with website management including working with the digital and content team to make sure all assets are up to date
- Coordinate and create weekly newsletter copy and secure assets from stakeholders
- Manage The Rinks and Great Park Ice website, optimizing user experience and SEO
- Assist with the digital marketing expansion into the San Diego market, working closely with the San Diego Gulls
- Coordinate San Diego Gulls newsletter and digital marketing inclusions
- Coordinate with partnership and sponsorship groups on digital contractual fulfillment
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing
- Experience developing and executing marketing and grassroots programs
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays as required
- Knowledge of hockey and basic playing/skating skill is a plus
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required - 2+ Year
