Senior TikTok Shop Manager

The Senior Tik Tok Shop Manager serves as the primary owner of Tik Tok Shop performance, responsible for managing the channel strategy, revenue growth, operational execution, and overall business success. This role requires strong ownership of the Tik Tok ecosystem, including content commerce, livestream shopping, promotions, and customer engagement.

• Own the overall Tik Tok Shop business strategy and performance goals.
• Drive GMV growth through merchandising, promotions, content strategy, and campaign execution.
• Manage daily store operations including product catalog, pricing, inventory coordination, and storefront optimization.
• Develop and execute Tik Tok Shop campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with creators, affiliates, livestream teams, and agencies to expand reach and sales.
• Analyze sales data and customer insights to improve conversion and profitability.
• Report performance results, opportunities, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or digital retail.
• Hands-on experience managing Tik Tok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or similar marketplace platforms.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, including catalog management, promotions, fulfillment coordination, and seller performance metrics.
• Experience managing sales performance reports and using data to drive operational improvements.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of business outcomes.
• Experience working with creators, agencies, livestream teams, or affiliate programs is a plus.
