Search Marketing Manager

A leader in the financial services industry is hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager in Irvine, CA for a full-time, 2 days on-site position.

• Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including Search, Display, and remarketing.
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics (GA4) and reporting tools.
• Direct hands-on experience managing multiple PPC campaigns with budgets of $2M-$3M per month.
• Mortgage industry experience is a must.
• Own and execute the paid media channel strategy across search, display, remarketing, and paid social channels.
• Develop and optimize campaigns targeting mortgage products and geographic markets.
• Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and campaign performance to maximize lead volume and funded loans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and legal standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
