Job Summary:

The Senior Marketing Associate drives product marketing initiatives and ensures consistent brand messaging across digital channels. This role partners with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Sales, and Web Development—to develop content, manage campaigns, and support go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate excels at translating technical concepts into compelling, customer-facing materials and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Sales to identify market needs and validate product-market fit.
• Translate technical specifications into clear, customer-centric value propositions.
• Support go-to-market strategy with positioning based on buyer personas and pain points.
• Contribute to the development of product messaging across digital and sales enablement materials.

• Manage and coordinate website images with rendering artists, engineers, and sales teams.
• Create, edit, and publish content using the CMS (e.g. Optimizely).
• Support SEO initiatives and develop new product pages and value proposition visuals.

• Source visual and marketing assets for various campaigns.
• Develop and manage product documentation (e.g., datasheets, manuals, guides).

• Create, execute, and analyze email campaigns using Pardot or similar tools.
• Manage quote automation and lead nurturing email workflows.

• Assist with Google Ads and campaign performance tracking.
• Create social media ad campaigns through Linked In.
• Coordinate product labeling and engraving in line with brand standards.

• Draft press releases, newsletters, and product launch materials.
• Manage campaign execution in collaboration with media partners.

• Support planning and execution of webinars, trade shows, and other events.

• Partner with Web Development on pre/post testing of website updates.
• Maintain internal communication channels like “FUTEK Insider.”

• BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., Optimizely)
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot)
• Experience with SEO, SEM, and Google Ads/Analytics
• Technical writing and editing experience
• Visual/design literacy for reviewing marketing collateral
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to clearly communicate feedback, findings, and edits

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

The majority of this job is conducted in an office setting while utilizing standard office machinery. However, job may require occasional visits to the Production area where the employee may be exposed to airborne particles, mild fumes and moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the office setting is considered low. The noise level in the Production area is considered moderate.

Requires regular, predictable, attendance and punctuality. Requires prolonged periods or sitting, occasional standing, stooping, bending and reaching and repetitive hand movements. Requires normal range of hearing and vision, including color vision. Must be mentally adaptable/flexible in dealing with a variety of people/situations. Must be able to analyze cause of interpersonal conflict and resolve complex issues in a positive and professional manner.
