Donor Relations Specialist

Position Overview

• Hours:
  
  Part-Time, 15 - 20 hours per week (Flexible scheduling available)

• Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

  Irvine, CA, Remote is possible for right candidate

The Legacy Bible Foundation (LBF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to sharing the hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to provide free Bibles and Christian resources to people who need them the most around the world, ensuring that every church has access to faithful and accurate translations of God’s Word.

We are seeking a warm, articulate individual to help build meaningful relationships with our supporters. In this role, you will act as a primary voice of our ministry. Your main goal is to thank our partners and share the impact of our worldwide Bible distribution efforts.

• Telephone Outreach:
  Call donors to express gratitude, share ministry updates, and answer questions about their giving.

• Relationship Stewardship:
  Build meaningful connections with supporters through friendly, engaging phone conversations.

• Supporter Correspondence:
  Prepare personalized thank-you notes and digital communications sharing ministry updates and how Bibles are being distributed.

• Data Management:
  Record donor information, communication preferences, and contact updates accurately in our database.

• Gift Processing:
  Assist with tracking recurring donations, confirming and sending receipt details when needed.

• Interpersonal
  
  Skills:
  
  Exceptional telephone presence, active listening skills, and a warm, empathetic demeanor.

• Experience:
  
  1-3 years in customer service, donor relations, tele-fundraising, or ministry support.

• Mission Alignment: A strong passion for global Bible distribution and Christian nonprofit work.

  Skills:
  
  Comfortable using phone systems, basic computer applications, email, and donor databases (CRM).
