About the Role

Sonder Mind Professional Clinical Counselor, P.C (SPCC) is seeking a part-time or full-time Licensed Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide high-quality psychiatric care, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse client population.

This role is designed to offer clinicians predictability and meaningful earning potential through a structured productivity model. Psychiatrists are supported by Sonder Mind's care coordination, technology platform, and operational infrastructure, allowing them to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care.

What you'll do

* Deliver High-Quality Psychiatric Care - provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans that align with clinical best practices and Sonder Mind standards.

* Medication Management & Ongoing Care - manage and monitor medications, assess treatment progress, and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.

* Maintain Clinical Documentation Standards - complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation for all client encounters in accordance with company, legal, and payer requirements.

* Support Continuity of Care - collaborate with therapists, care coordinators, and other providers to ensure a seamless and integrated care experience for clients.

* Meet Productivity Expectations - maintain a consistent schedule and meet baseline expectations for completed clinical encounters, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation through productivity-based incentives.

* Leverage Technology & Tools - utilize the InSync platform and clinical tools to manage caseload, streamline documentation, and enhance care delivery.

* Consistently meeting encounter baselines while maintaining board-certified clinical rigor

* Comprehensive evaluations, accurate diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans

* Thoughtful medication management with timely adjustments that drive client progress

* Same-day documentation meeting HIPAA and payer compliance standards

* 85%+ client retention with schedules booked 3-4 weeks out

* Strong collaboration with therapists, PMHNPs, and care coordinators for integrated care

* Clinical oversight and consultation support for the broader care team

* Earning productivity incentives through consistent, high-quality performance

* Active contribution to clinical meetings, peer consultation, and professional development

Who you are

* Psychiatrist (MD/DO) with active, unrestricted license in applicable state(s)

* Board-certified or board-eligible in psychiatry

* Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management

* Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care

* Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation

* Comfort working in a technology-enabled care environment

* Interest in a structured, productivity-based compensation model

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation for this role includes a guaranteed base salary of $140,000-$275,000 per year, plus productivity-based incentives designed to provide both stability and earning upside.

This role operates under Sonder Mind's Clinical Productivity Bonus Plan, offering transparency and flexibility in clinician earnings.
