Position Summary:

 As an RN utilizing AI-powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitals and pain levels, efficiently and accurately.

Patient-Centered Care: Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.

Reduced Documentation Burden: Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide patient assessments and monitor health status.

* Use AI tools to streamline documentation for better focus on hands-on care.

* Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.

Education and/or Experience

* Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required.

* Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience required.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

* Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment required.

* Current CPR certification required.

Education and/or Experience

Required - Associate's Degree Nursing

Required - 1 year Professional nursing experience.

Preferred - Home Health field experience.

Preferred - IV and Central Line experience

Preferred

- Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices.

Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties. Strong written and verbal communications.

* Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English. Articulates and embraces integrated healthcare at home philosophy.

* Schedule varies to meet department needs.

* Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks, and work with a variety of health unit teams.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

Required upon hire:
California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)

Required within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

In a healthcare setting, exposure to bodily fluids, infectious diseases, and conditions typical to the field is expected. Routine use of standard medical equipment and tools associated with clinical care is essential. Pay Range: $53.79-$66.44
