Hoag Health System seeks a Charge Nurse to supervise clinical patient care and staff on a shift basis in a Medical and/or Surgical department. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality care while maintaining nursing standards and participating in hiring and budgeting decisions.
Responsibilities include scheduling, evaluations, and direct patient care when needed. Requires CA RN licensure, BSN, and BLS; oncology infusion experience is required for Oncology Infusion units.
