Acacia Home Health is seeking a compassionate registered nurse to provide in-home care to patients across Mission Viejo and surrounding areas. You will visit patients to assess their status, implement and revise plans of care, and administer treatments as prescribed by the physician.
The role requires an active CA RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid California driver license, with at least 1 year of home health experience. Driving to patients’ homes is expected.
