As an Home Health RN utilizing AI-powered documentation tools, your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate care while using innovative technology to support clinical documentation. This role allows you to document key patient details, like vitals and pain levels, efficiently and accurately.

Spend more time providing hands-on, compassionate care to patients.

Use AI-supported tools to streamline clinical notes and regain personal time.

Cut down on after-hours documentation, allowing more time for family and personal priorities.

• Provide patient assessments and monitor health status.
• Use AI tools to streamline documentation for better focus on hands-on care.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and regulatory standards.

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Required - 1 year Professional nursing experience.
• Preferred
  - Home Health field experience.
• Preferred - IV and Central Line experience
• Preferred
  - Experience with wound care including negative pressure devices.

• Required upon hire:
  California Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)
• Required within 30 days of hire:
  National Provider BLS
  - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)

$53.79-$66.44
