Registered Nurse

Regents Point in Irvine, CA, one of 20 Human Good life plan communities annually recognized by U.S. News & World Report in their "Best Senior Living" awards is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team.

Under general supervision, the RN is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating Human Good's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." The RN also ensures a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm; develops assignments in coordination with the care partners; and keeps each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing. Services or designee.

Full-time $50 - $54/hr. (DOE) Must have (3pm - 11pm) or (11pm to 7am) availability.

Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What you need to be successful in this role:

* Completion of Licensed Registered Nursing Program

* Current RN license in California

* Current CPR certification

* Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred

* Senior Care or Rehabilitation Experience preferred

* Clinical observation and assessment skills

* Proficient computer skills necessary to complete documentation, review electronic health records and communicate with team members.
