Level III Staff RN - Irvine - Ambulatory Infusion - Per Diem

About This Role

The Level III Staff RN provides professional nursing care in an ambulatory infusion setting, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are flexible and committed to delivering quality patient care.

• Pay: $70 - $96/hour
• Location: Irvine, CA
• Facility: Alton/Sand Canyon Medical Offices II
• Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift

• Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
• Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
• Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
• Ensure effective documentation of nursing processes and interventions.
• Discuss patient findings and progress with physicians and healthcare team members.
• Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality.
• Mentor and coach others in unit-specific operations and patient care activities.
• Adhere to workplace safety principles and maintain a safe environment.

Education:

• Associate's Degree (ADN) required

Experience:

• 1-year recent experience in acute care, ambulatory care, or home health/palliative/hospice care

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current Registered Nurse License in California
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association
• PICC insertion experience required
• ONS Provider Card or APHON certification required if administering chemotherapy
