QC Inspector

Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Inspector – CNC Machining Shop

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

• Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic products.

• The QC Inspector will be responsible for inspecting machined parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and industry standards. This role is critical in maintaining the high-quality standards our customers expect.

• Perform in-process, first article, and final inspections of CNC machined components.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM, etc.).
• Document inspection results and maintain detailed quality records.
• Identify non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support production teams in understanding quality standards and requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in quality or machining preferred.
• 2+ years of QC experience in a CNC machining environment.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Proficient with precision inspection tools and basic CMM use.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality systems is a plus.
• Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan).
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with machinists and engineers.
