Quality Assurance - QA/QC
This position is for a second shift operator (
Hours:
1:30PM to 10:00PM).
- Perform final kits assembly of Bio‑Rad packaged products that are used to calibrate/QC many types of diagnostic testing platforms for hospital, clinic, and laboratories.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspection of components/products to ensure product quality as well complete delivery of Finished Goods to Distribution Warehouse.
- Interpret and adhere to procedures and work instructions while leading a production team to execute production tasks.
- Complete and review required quality documentation, process order, and batch records while following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Complete inventory and quality transactions in SAP Inventory System.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Mid-level experience.
- Proficient in math, reading and writing.
- Goal oriented team leader.
- Ability to manage time, people, and resources.
- Capable of working with a diverse group of teammates.
- Familiarity in using computer/software.
This position must be based in Irvine, California and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

CompensationThe estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.00 to $29.13 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
