Quality Assurance Specialist

Required Skills

• Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Korean
• US citizenship preferred for port entry
• Strong analytical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in automotive or mechanical engineering is a plus

• Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work
• Travel may be required to Hyundai and Kia factories across North and South America

• Provide technical support for vehicle diagnostic systems and local IT projects
• Provide technical support for diagnostic system deployment and testing for Hyundai and Kia vehicles, ensuring functionality
• Assist with validation of diagnostic systems and local IT projects
• Assist with verification of production and pre‑production vehicles produced by Hyundai and Kia factories in the Americas
• Provide technical support for vehicle communication specifications
• Assist with new vehicle validation support
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned
