Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Maintain, optimize, and elevate our Quality Management System and global quality standards.
• Design and execute high-level test plans, modern inspection methods, and robust product validation activities.
• Analyze quality data, supplier performance, and production metrics to pinpoint trends and root causes.
• Spearhead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to maximize product reliability and process efficiency.
• Partner directly with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Operations to streamline product development and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the technical quality bridge between internal teams, suppliers, and global customers to resolve critical challenges.
• Champion Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and drive operational brilliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace, or a related field).
• 4+ years of proven success in quality engineering, manufacturing, or quality assurance.
• Mastery of quality systems, advanced root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
Deep experience with ISO standards, regulatory compliance, and quality management best practices.
Practical familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and statistical analysis tools.
Top-tier analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management capabilities.
Preferred Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Lean/Six Sigma credentials.
Hands-on experience in electromechanical manufacturing environments.
Bilingual language skills.
