Your Role:
Are you detail-oriented, quality-focused, and looking to grow your career in the pharmaceutical industry? Join our Quality Assurance team and play a critical role in ensuring products are manufactured safely, consistently, and in compliance with FDA and GMP regulations. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll work directly alongside Manufacturing and Quality teams to monitor production activities, perform in-process inspections, review documentation, and help ensure every batch meets the highest quality standards.
Profile
1st Shift Position: 6 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday
- Friday
- Provide on-the-floor QA support for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
- Perform line clearances, in-process inspections, and quality checks
- Review batch records and manufacturing documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Prepare samples for Quality Control testing
- Support deviation investigations and GMP event documentation
- Utilize quality systems including SAP, LIMS, and Track Wise
- Help maintain a state of compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another FDA-regulated industry
- Previous QA experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Solid computer, documentation, and communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or technical training preferred
- Gain hands‑on experience in a pharmaceutical CDMO environment
- Work closely with Manufacturing, QC, and Quality Systems teams
- Build valuable GMP and regulatory compliance expertise
- Contribute directly to the production of products that impact patient health and safety
Target Pay Range: $27 - 32/hour (1st Shift
