Our client, an industry leader in automotive services, is seeking a Warranty Review Specialist to join their team. As a Warranty Review Specialist, you will be part of the Warranty Department supporting dealer and field personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Warranty Review Specialist
Location: Irvine, CA
Pay Range: $25.00
Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday
What's the Job?- Assist in evaluating and processing dealer warranty claims, including pending claims, appeals, and submissions for various warranty programs.
- Review, process, and adjudicate warranty claims, appeals, and pre-authorizations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Provide timely guidance and support to dealers regarding warranty coverage, claim requirements, and submission accuracy.
- Manage dealer communications related to warranty claims through email and phone support.
- Conduct Dealer Self-Reviews (DSRs), document findings, and communicate results to dealers, identifying trends and potential compliance concerns.
- Knowledge of automotive systems, warranty administration, and dealer operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in data review, reporting, and analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
