The Commercial Property Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across a portfolio of commercial assets, ensuring properties are managed professionally, efficiently, and in alignment with ownership objectives.
The position works closely with asset management, accounting, leasing, and external vendors to maintain strong tenant relationships, control expenses, and support leasing and operational initiatives that enhance property performance.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily property operations, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning
- Manage tenant relationships, communications, and service requests professionally
- Review leases and coordinate with accounting on billing, CAM, and compliance matters
- Monitor operating expenses, budgets, and property performance metrics
- Coordinate capital projects, preventative maintenance, and property inspections
- Support leasing efforts by coordinating tenant onboarding and space turnover
- Ensure vendors meet service expectations, insurance requirements, and contractual obligations
- Maintain organized property records, reports, and documentation
