Escrow Officer

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are looking for a Senior Escrow Officer. This is an onsite opportunity in a beautiful office environment, available as Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire based on experience.

The Senior Escrow Officer responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Manage the real estate closing transaction from inception to closing.
• Manage all accounting activities, escrow deposits, wires and payoffs.
• Review contracts, process files, clear title and prepare all closing documents.
• May work in Beverly Hills or Woodland Hills.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Senior Escrow Officer with an established client base.
• Active pipeline through relationships with real estate agents and brokers.
• Minimum production of $30,000 in monthly escrow fees.
• Experience with RBJ software preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate Range: $60,000+ base, and commission

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
