Role Description

This full-time on-site role is based in Irvine, CA. As a Net Lease Sales Advisor, you will develop client relationships, identify investment opportunities, and jointly manage transactions to completion. Key responsibilities include reaching out to property developers and individual owners of net leased properties, preparing property evaluations, developing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver optimized commercial real estate solutions while managing client accounts and achieving sales targets.

Job Requirements
  • Make 300 dials per week through prospecting and follow-up calls
  • Conduct daily market research to understand market averages including Cap Rates, price per square foot, etc.
  • Obtain property financials from owners, rent roll, P&L statements
  • Attend weekly training meetings
  • Process basic financial underwriting to understand the value of a deal
  • Educate property owners in regard to market conditions
Qualifications
  • 2+ Years of Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Customer service and sales skills to provide superior support and secure deals effectively.
  • Experience with training and facilitating knowledge sharing within a high-performance environment.
  • Self-motivation, proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
