Opportunity

We are looking for a Property Manager to own day-to-day operations across a multi-property commercial portfolio. This is a hands‑on, high‑accountability role suited for an experienced property manager who is energized by complexity, takes pride in operational excellence, and thrives in a fast-moving, principal‑led environment.

You will work closely with asset management, accounting, and leasing — with direct visibility to ownership — to drive property performance, protect asset value, and ensure a best-in-class experience for our tenants and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across a portfolio of retail and commercial assets — vendor coordination, maintenance planning, inspections, and tenant services
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant relationships, addressing service requests, lease compliance matters, and escalations with professionalism and follow-through
  • Partner with accounting on CAM reconciliation, operating expense budgets, rent billing, and year-end reporting
  • Monitor and manage property-level budgets and operating performance against ownership benchmarks
  • Coordinate capital improvement projects and preventative maintenance programs across the portfolio
  • Support leasing and asset management by managing tenant onboarding, space turnover, and move-in/move-out coordination
  • Ensure all vendors are properly contracted, insured, and meeting performance expectations
  • Maintain accurate property records, operational reports, and documentation systems.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of commercial property management experience, with direct responsibility for multi-property portfolios
  • Strong working knowledge of NNN leases, CAM reconciliation, and lease administration
  • Experience with institutional property management software — MRI, Yardi, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, contractors, and on-site staff across multiple locations
  • Confident communicator with strong tenant-facing skills and a track record of resolving issues quickly and professionally
  • Financial fluency — comfortable reviewing budgets, variance reports, and operating statements
  • Experience with retail, shopping center, or mixed‑use assets preferred
