The Research Operations Associate works closely with discovery, development, and project‑planning teams at an AI‑powered Tech Bio Pharma  company. Primary responsibilities will include assisting in planning and evaluating research studies, organizing and analyzing data to support validation of AI‑derived pharmaceutical lead molecules, and facilitating communication between internal scientific staff and external collaborators. This position will report to the Vice President of Scientific Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning validation studies for AI‑derived new chemical entities intended for several disease areas.
  • Organize and curate experimental datasets related to molecular and functional characterization and validation of lead molecules.
  • Create presentations summarizing study results to present to management.
  • Communicate effectively with bioinformatics analysts to ensure integration and consistency of biological data.
  • Assist in writing and organizing statements of work and study reports.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field
  • Two to three years of research experience in a biological sciences field
  • Experience in scientific writing, organizing, and presenting scientific data requiring excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in research operations
  • Experience coordinating compound testing with diverse research groups
  • Basic knowledge of regulatory documentation practices for preclinical studies is desirable
  • This role is ideal for a highly organized person with strong scientific literacy and skills in data organization, and collaboration with biomedical development teams of chemists, biologists, bioinformaticians, and project managers.
Compensation

$70,000 - $95,000 a year
