The Department of Radiological Sciences at the University of California, Irvine anticipates openings for a postdoctoral fellow in the TRUE Lab. We are seeking a creative, dedicated, and collaborative individual to join our interdisciplinary research team. Our lab focuses on cutting‑edge radiacoustic imaging technologies for applications in cancer therapy and atrial fibrillation treatment.
Minimum Qualifications- PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in biomedical engineering, physics, electrical engineering, or a related field
- Strong background in ultrasound imaging
- Experience in photoacoustic imaging
- Strong hands‑on skills in medical device development or strong computational skills including signal processing and image reconstruction.
