Job Responsibilities
- Independently perform routine test article/product preparation and execute routine testing, following NAMSA SOPs and applicable work instructions.
- Prepare or participate in the preparation of test specifications in conjunction with applicable standards and/or client instructions.
- Maintain direct client contact as needed.
- Review incoming test articles and paperwork for appropriateness and accuracy, and raise concerns to management as required.
- Accurately collect and record raw data in logbooks and on worksheets.
- Check laboratory equipment, remain on‑call, and respond to continuous monitoring alarms as applicable. If needed, respond in accordance with criteria outlined in SOPs.
- Perform required specific testing as applicable.
- Operate specified laboratory equipment as applicable.
- Perform environmental monitoring, and clean and disinfect cleanroom suites when required.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
- Sound judgment, effective decision‑making skills, and the ability to solve problems or appropriately escalation.
- Awareness of applicable guidelines and regulations including USP, ISO, CTFA, FSA.
- Knowledge of metric system, NAMSA GLP and/or GMP testing, scientific applications, experimental design, and data evaluation.
- Ability to work in a GLP/GMP environment.
Hourly rate: $28.00–$35.00 (per the compensation grade range of $21.88–$42.55). Base pay may vary depending on location, responsibility level, job duties, and relevant experience.
Working Conditions- Physical demands include walking, standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
- Extensive use of computer keyboard to operate computer equipment.
