The Department of Neurology at the University of California, Irvine invites applications for a postdoctoral scholar position in the laboratory of Dr. S. Ahmad Sajjadi MD, PhD. The appointment is for two years with the possibility of extension upon satisfactory performance. The successful applicant will contribute to research supported by NIH R01 grants dedicated to studies of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
The role requires strong skills in neuroimaging analysis (MRI +/- PET scan), proficiency with neuroimaging software packages, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The position is an effective team player, highly organized, and innovative. A willingness to work in person is desirable.
Candidates must possess a PhD by, or prior to the appointment start date.
