100% ONSITE IRVINE CA
Pay: $39 - $42/hr t
Monday – Friday 1st shift
Required Qualifications- Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience required
- B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related scientific discipline with approximately 5 years of relevant experience
, OR - M.S. with approximately 1–3 years of relevant pharma/biotech industry experience
- Hands‑on laboratory experience supporting biologics/protein drug development
- Experience in at least one of the following:
- Drug product formulation and/or process development
, OR - Analytical development/testing of biologics or protein therapeutics
- Drug product formulation and/or process development
- Demonstrated ability to independently design, execute, and interpret laboratory studies
- Strong scientific troubleshooting, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze experimental results and make recommendations for subsequent studies
- Strong laboratory documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Irvine, CA
- Biologics/protein formulation development
- Drug product formulation & process development
- Lyophilization / lyophilized drug products
- Sterile liquid formulations
- Prefilled syringe development
- HPLC
- Karl Fischer
- DLS
- UV spectroscopy
- Early-stage drug development
- BSC-based laboratory work
- Neurotoxin or highly potent compound experience
- BSL-2 and/or select-agent laboratory environments
We are seeking a hands‑on Associate Scientist to support early‑stage biologics drug product formulation and process development in Irvine, CA.
This is a laboratory‑focused development role for a scientist who can independently design and execute experiments, troubleshoot technical challenges, interpret results, and use scientific judgment to drive studies forward
.
The ideal candidate will have industry experience in biologics/protein formulation and drug product development
