Responsibilities
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, set tables according to event type and service standards, and answer menu selection questions. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability. Relay additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of order, check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages, maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.,
throughout the day, and complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights. Present a physical and accurate check to the guest and process payment.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. - Related
Work Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience. - Supervisory
