Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single location.
• Maintain excellent food and service quality standards.
• Train, develop, and coach team members, providing corrective action when necessary.
• Set a professional and positive tone for the restaurant.
• Handle administrative functions such as scheduling, inventory management, budgeting, and completing daily checklists and reports.
• Quickly resolve customer complaints while maintaining professionalism.

• 3+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
