Essential Functions
- Set up dish station according to our standards and guidelines
- Inspect and test sanitizer for proper chemical mix and properly set up dish machine
- Ensure all kitchen utensils and containers are washed and put back in proper storage
- Restock food servers' areas with glassware, silverware, empty buss tubs
- Keep dish room clean and organized with plateware decoy system always in place
- Responsible for cleanliness of all kitchen floors, freezer and refrigerators
- Bag and haul kitchen trash to dumpster and recycling bin
- Clean food preparation and production areas as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management staff
- Food Handler Certification
- Previous restaurant experience, preferred
Pay Range:
18.00/hr
