We are searching for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee all aspects of the e-commerce and retail business for GO and XPASS.

• Oversee all e-commerce with budget and revenue accountability
• Maintain and grow customer lists and build email communication strategies
• Manage email systems, segmentation, and work with creative partners
• Manage content uploads and brief creative for inventory showcased online
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams on inventory and shipments
• Forecast product buys and manage on-site merchandising
• Ensure inventory feeds and website merchandising are accurate and updated
• Monitor and manage Big Commerce integrations and resolve issues
• Research and collaborate with outside service providers for website functionality
• Work with customer service to deliver excellent customer experience
• Provide resources and knowledge base articles for support teams
• Develop digital retail calendar aligned with brand go-to-market plans
• Prepare detailed monthly reports for department heads
• Innovate marketing strategies for online promotions (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays, etc.)

• Experience with Big Commerce highly preferred
• Netsuite experience a plus
• Strong client relationship skills
• Experience in digital marketing and ecommerce analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
• Product merchandising expertise
• Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
• Proficiency with Google Suite
• Experience in go-to-market planning and execution
