Purpose
Own and scale Renpho’s brick-and-mortar and omnichannel retail business across major U.S. national accounts.
This role is accountable for revenue growth, distribution expansion, and retail execution excellence within large-format retailers—including Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Costco, and Sam’s Club.
This role is not Amazon-facing and not DTC-operational
. It exists to win shelf space, drive sell-through, and turn retail into a scalable growth engine in the Americas.
National Account Ownership
- Own senior buyer relationships across assigned national retailers
- Act as the primary commercial lead for all retail-facing conversations, negotiations, and escalations
- Establish Renpho as a credible, data-driven, long-term partner
—not a transactional vendor
- Lead line reviews, assortment planning, and category expansion discussions
- Build compelling, retailer-specific sell-in narratives grounded in:
- competitive white space
- margin and velocity logic
- Secure new doors, expanded SKUs, and upgraded placements
- Own annual JBP development and execution per account
- Align promotions, retail media, pricing actions, and merchandising moments
- Track commitments vs. delivery and hold internal teams accountable to retailer plans
- Forecast demand and manage account-level revenue plans
- Monitor sell-through, weeks of supply, in-stock rates, and replenishment health
- Identify risks early and drive corrective action across sales, marketing, and supply chain
- Partner tightly with Channel Marketing on:
- in-store and online execution
- Coordinate with HK / SZ teams to ensure:
- product readiness
- packaging compliance
- timing alignment for retail launches
- Track competitor assortments, pricing, promotions, and placement strategies
- Feed real-world retail intelligence back into product and GTM planning
- Identify whitespace opportunities within and across retail partners
- National account revenue growth (sell-in and sell-through)
- JBP execution quality and promotional ROI
- In-stock rate and replenishment accuracy
- Quality of buyer relationships and account credibility
- 7–10+ years managing U.S. national retail accounts in consumer electronics, wellness, or hard goods
- Proven experience selling into big-box and club retailers
- Strong command of line reviews, JBP processes, and retail math
- Comfortable operating cross-culturally with Asia-based product and supply teams
- Commercially sharp, structured, and execution-oriented
- Not DTC operations
- Not a passive account service role
- Not a junior “relationship manager”
