We are currently seeking motivated Part-Time Store Associates for our new Fabletics location at Irvine Spectrum Center, Irvine, CA.

As a Store Associate, you will deliver a Best-in-Class retail experience, using innovative technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and stores. Working closely with the Store Manager and team, you'll help our Customers Live their Passion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, and comfortable engaging with the public. You will be part of a close-knit team working towards shared goals and business growth.

• Represent our culture and values, inspiring customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers with knowledge about our fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising standards to enhance shopping ease and value.
• Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals and store objectives related to performance and quality standards.
• Ensure safety and security standards are upheld, and report potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory, which may involve lifting boxes weighing 10-30 lbs.

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work with large teams and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated and a good communicator.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Applicants must be 18 or older.

• Hourly pay between $16.00 - $17.00 depending on experience.
